Without a full set, the batch will not pass customs control. We prepare documents in advance, in coordination with the manufacturing refinery and the customs broker.
-
Declaration of Conformity (EAC)
Registered in the unified register of the EAEU before the batch is put into circulation. Confirms compliance with TR CU 013/2011, TR EAEC 036/2016 or TR CU 014/2011 depending on the product.
-
Batch quality passport
Physically accompanies the batch to the final consumer. Contains test results for all regulatory parameters (sulfur, sulfur content, particle number, density, fractions).
-
Certificate of Conformity
Provided when requested by Customs or the buyer - for first shipments from a new supplier and when there is a change of formulation.
-
CMR / TTN
International Consignment Note (CMR) for road transportation and HS for domestic flights. One copy for the consignor, carrier and consignee.
-
Customs documents
Declaration of Goods (DG), invoice, packing list, certificate of origin ST-1 for EAEU preferences.

EAC marking
The uniform circulation mark is affixed to the accompanying documents and (where applicable) to the packaging. Without the mark, the consignment will not pass customs control.
