Sicosa Energy LLC is an international oil trading company headquartered in Yerevan. The company was founded in 2025 by a team of specialists with many years of experience in petroleum product trading and logistics in the EAEU markets. We specialize in the wholesale supply of light and dark petroleum products, jet fuel, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to distributors, wholesale buyers, and industrial consumers in Armenia and the region.
Sicosa Energy’s product portfolio covers the full range of petroleum products: automotive gasoline (AI-92, AI-95, AI-98) of environmental class K5/Euro-5, summer, mid-season, and winter diesel fuel, Jet A-1 aviation kerosene, fuel oil, BND road bitumen, and liquefied petroleum gases — propane-butane (LPG-PB), automotive (LPG-A), and blended (LPG-M) grades. Each batch is accompanied by a quality certificate and a complete set of shipping documents.
We work directly with EAEU refineries and partner producers, without any unnecessary intermediaries in the supply chain. Direct access to production ensures consistent quality, transparent pricing, and predictable shipment schedules, even for large, regular volumes. For the buyer, this means a single contract and a single responsible supplier for the entire shipment — from the refinery to the unloading point.
Compliance with technical regulations is the foundation of our work. All products are shipped in accordance with the requirements of TR CU 013/2011 (gasoline, diesel, jet fuel), TR EAEU 036/2016 (liquefied petroleum gases), and TR CU 014/2011 (bitumen and road construction materials), as well as relevant GOST standards. We provide a complete set of documents: certificates and declarations of conformity, quality certificates, and test reports — everything necessary for smooth customs clearance and sales in Armenia and the EAEU.
A deal starts with a request: product, volume and unloading point. Within one business day we send a proposal and a sample contract, then agree on the specification, the pricing scheme — fixed or formula-based on international quotations — and the shipment schedule. From there, full-cycle logistics takes over: dispatch from the refinery, rail, road or sea legs, customs clearance and delivery to the unloading point. The consignee receives the shipment together with a complete set of documents — the EAC declaration, the quality passport and the shipping paperwork.
Sicosa Energy sources supplies from seven countries: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Iran, Bulgaria, and Romania. We utilize sea, rail, and road routes, including Black Sea and Mediterranean ports, the Danube corridor, and the region’s rail hubs. Diversification of sources and transport routes ensures supply stability and flexibility in selecting the optimal route for each order.
We watch the market daily and share it with our clients. The Insights section publishes world prices for petroleum products and LPG based on international market data, weekly reviews of the global and European markets, monthly averages and retail fuel prices in Armenia. For formula-based contracts this means full transparency: the shipment price is tied to public quotations, and the buyer can see at any time what it is based on.
The buyer gets one supplier responsible for the entire shipment: we agree on the specification, sign the contract, arrange the delivery and hand over the documents to the final recipient.
